 Snake is an interesting poetry. Which has been written by D.H. Lawrence. His full name is David Herbert Lawrence. He was born on 11September 1885 in England and died on 2nd march 1930 in France. Really, He was a great person of  England. He wrote a lot of prose, poetry, novel etc. in his life and became very famous within few times in the world

                                                           in this poetry ,the poet has explained about a snake. He tells that one midnight  I was Sleeping .Now, I  feel thirsty. Now, I Came out from my room in my courtyard. Now, I saw there a black snake. This snake was looking very dangerous. I feel feared. Now, i went to my room  and took a bamboo Stick and killed this black cobra

                                       At last ,the poet tells that I didn’t want to kill this black cobra But, If I didn’t kill it may be this snake  killed me so, I kill this snake
